At no point did he pressure us into making a decision. He was very patient and always waited quietly for our response.
The buyers were not easy to work with, but Jarod worked hard, communicated effectively with their agent, and ultimately helped bring us to a successful closing.
I only wish he could be our agent in the next process of buying a new home. Unfortunately, he is based in Houston, and we are moving to another city. We can only hope to find someone like Jarod to help us with our next home purchase.

It was my first time ever leasing a home, and I was really nervous, but he helped make me feel comfortable right from the start. He walked me seamlessly through the entire process and gave me excellent feedback on how to get the house ready.
